TrollDoom

TrollDoom is a roguelike where you take on the role of a Vǫlur, a female shaman from the deepest Nordic forests.

Using the rhythm of your ritual drum you summon the power of Seiðr to combat the vile väsen, the underlings of the Troll King. Many are lost to the night of the dark forests of the north - Can you survive long enough to defeat the Troll King and once again see the sunrise?

• Note: Google Chrome recommended for web playback, but please try the Windows/Mac/Linux build at the bottom of the page if you have any issues.
  
• Note: If you find it hard to draw spell patterns, try changing mouse sensitivity (Up Key, Down Key)

Controls

Gameplay:

• WASD: Move
• Mouse: Aim & fire
• Hold Space: Open Drum Spell Menu

Settings:

• M: Toggle Music Playback
• N: Toggle SFX Playback
• Up Key: Increase Mouse Sensitivity
• Down Key: Decrease Mouse Sensitivity

How to cast spells:

• Hold down the Space key to open the your ritual drum.
• Move your mouse and trace the matching pattern across the drum to cast the spell you want to cast.
• Release the Space key to cast the spell!
• You can see guides for all your unlocked spell patterns around your ritual drum!

Tips & Tricks:

• Defeat the enemy väsen to level up: Every level grants you a choice of a new spell!
• Learning lower level spells will unlock spells that are more powerful, but harder to cast!
• Time slows down when you are drumming up a spell, but it doesn’t stop completely - Don’t forget to keep moving!
